Agility / Speed Ladder Drills
"1-in" Runs

  

Description

One foot in each box progressing forward.  

The "1-in" runs have more forward momentum than "2-in" runs, and thus require more braking force.   

Make sure to perform the runs starting with the right foot, and then starting with the left foot.
