2-in Runs

   


Front View

Description: 

Two feet in each box, progressing forward.  

Arm motion should be loose and vigorous.  

Two-footed runs require less forward momentum than one-footed runs, and thus also require less braking force.  

Make sure to perform the runs starting with the right foot, and then starting with the left foot.
