Tai Chi - Tai Chi incorporates
slow movement. Although the movements are slow and controlled, you
will be surprised how much of a workout you receive.
Kripalu Yoga - This version of yoga is a softer, more enjoyable
version of yoga that doesn't require uncomfortable stretching and
pretzel poses.
Walking - The greatest exercise of all for all ages.
Ballroom Dancing - Excellent social exercise. There are
