Mike Boyle is a one of the leading Strength and Conditioning experts of today.  Michael was the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Boston University for 15 years, and continues to serve as an assistant Strength and Conditioning coach there for ice hockey.  For eight years, Michael Boyle also served as the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Boston Bruins of the National Hockey League.  Additionally, Mike served as the Strength and Conditionong coach for the 1998 US women's Olympic Ice Hockey Team and helped to develop the USA Hockey National Team Development Program.

Michael co founded Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning in 1996 for the purpose of providing performance enhancement to athletes of all levels, ranging from junior high school to All Star athletes.  Currently, Mike serves as featured speaker, teacher, coach and writer for organizations and athletes around the country.  Michael has published nine instructional videos, two books, and has been a contributor to numerous exercise science texts and publications.  Mike boyle Strength and Conditioning operates out of Winchester, Massachusetts and was selected as one of Men's Health 30 Best Gyms in America for 2008.
